Tickets can be purchased at ticket and payment facilities provided for by PUTCO. This makes the ticketing system widely available for instance on ticket vending machines at various places that include bus stations or within the bus itself.
Features of proposed system
- Offer and users (commuters) multi-channel support by allowing them to create tickets via email, phone calls, and a web-based self-service portal. Automatically converts emails to tickets.
- Commuters can purchase electronic tickets vouchers via the mobile platform that are only redeemable at PUTCO.
