• Offer and users (commuters) multi-channel support by allowing them to create tickets via email, phone calls, and a web-based self-service portal. Automatically converts emails to tickets.
• Commuters can purchase electronic tickets vouchers via the mobile platform that are only redeemable at PUTCO.

Ensure timely resolutions should a commuter have problems purchasing tickets over the internet, mobile phone  by defining response and resolution SLAs with defined escalation paths.
