Caleb Chihota was born on the 7th of June 1969. He is an entrepreneur and in May 1991, he co-founded Bateleur Shipping (Private) Limited, a shipping, forwarding and customs clearing company with operations in Harare, Bulawayo and Beitbridge.
He was Managing Director of Bateleur Shipping (Pvt) Ltd since inception until March 2009, when he migrated to South Africa. In May 2009, he founded African Mogul Logistics CC in Johannesburg, South Africa which he jointly owned with the Ermer family, which has business interests in waste management. African Mogul Logistics CC was a small supply chain management company and Caleb was the Managing Partner since inception until 4 April 2011, when he had to come back to spearhead the formation of Passenger Utility Transport Company (Pvt) Ltd (PUTCO). He is also the Founder President of the Zimbabwe Indigenous Freight Forwarders Association (ZIFFA) which he founded in 1996 and is still its President.
Misheck Khosa was born on 22 June 1966. Misheck is a business process and industrial systems engineering and management practitioner with over 20 years’ experience spanning engineering, industrial research, industrial training, operations management, general management, and technical and management consultancy.
He has worked in various engineering, technical and management positions for such companies as Bestobell Zimbabwe, Lancashire Steel, SIRDC and Innscor. He has also lectured part-time, post and under-graduate students at the University of Zimbabwe, Catholic University and Zimbabwe Open University over the past decade. He has also been affiliated with the University of Zimbabwe’s Centre for Continuing Engineering Education and the Management Training Bureau. Misheck has a particular passion for the ICTs, physical asset maintenance systems and business process reengineering and has proprietary software prototypes to his name in engineering, business and operations. He holds MSc Manufacturing Systems and Operations Management and BSc (Honours) Mechanical Engineering degrees both from the University of Zimbabwe and has undergone professional training at home and in South Africa and Norway.
Lloyd George Mushore was born on 20 February 1963. He is co-founder of Bateleur Shipping (Pvt) Ltd, a shipping, forwarding and customs clearing company with operations in Harare, Bulawayo and Beitbridge. He is also a director of African Mogul Logistics (Pvt) Ltd (Zimbabwe). Lloyd is a holder of a Business Leadership Degree and has more than 35 years’ experience in international purchasing, shipping, forwarding and logistics. He is studying towards a Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CITL) degree.
Victor Gamanya was born on the 22nd of November 1971. He has 19 years’ experience in shipping, forwarding and customs clearing. He has a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources and is studying towards a Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics (CITL) degree. He is also Director of African Mogul Logistics (Pvt) Ltd (Zimbabwe).
